Organizational feedback
Proper Feedback
A phone number your people can call. They speak; their voice is masked; you receive the transcript and the masked audio. The message arrives. The identity never does.
Who it's for
The feedback that never arrives signed.
School principals, HR leads, city managers, nonprofit directors: anyone accountable to a community that has things to say but won't put a name on a form. Surveys measure what people are willing to admit. Proper Feedback collects what they'd only say if they were certain it couldn't come back to them.
The buyer claims a number, shares it, and gets real feedback within days, the kind of message that would never have arrived any other way.
Mechanism
Why callers actually trust it
Anonymous feedback tools usually ask users to trust a promise. Proper Feedback closes the loop structurally:
- The caller dials your number.
An ordinary phone call. No app, no login, no enrollment.
- Their number is one-way hashed.
The original caller ID is never stored. Nobody, including us, can reverse it.
- Their voice is masked.
The original recording is discarded after masking. What doesn't exist can't be leaked, subpoenaed, or recognized.
- You receive transcript and masked audio.
The substance survives intact. The identity doesn't.
The guarantee
There is no admin view, database table, or legal process that can un-anonymize a caller, because the identifying data is destroyed at intake. That's the difference between a policy and an architecture.
